Rajeev and Delnaaz Paul are a hit couple, both in real and reel lives. But like many other such pairs in the
entertainment industry, they have also resolved not to work with each other in the future.
The
competition between them, they say, creates unnecessary pressure on them to perform. This they
realized while shooting together for a brand new reality show titled "Fun on the Run" to be aired from this
Saturday on Zee TV.
Rajeev says: "I am not going to work with Delnaaz anymore because she is my biggest competitor at
work and she makes me cry. I will not work with her even if someone pays me four times the usual fee.
She makes me slog very hard."
Delnaaz agrees: "Yes, I think people want to see us together
more and more. But we keep on competing with each other and it becomes difficult for us." She added
jokingly that they would henceforth charge around Rs 2 crores to act together in any soap.
At the same time, the two also admit to relishing some wonderful moments together at work, especially
for the new show. Delnaaz recalls: "We used to run on the roads and do all sorts of crazy things that we
were asked to do.
At the same time, we also needed to take care of our image as many people
used to recognize us on the roads. They would come running to us for autographs and we would have to
stop and oblige. Many even thought that we were lost in the city and they used to offer us help."
Rajeev and Delnaaz were previously seen in "Nach Baliye-1" and "Karam Apna Apna". Guess, they have
to put aside their personal problems as the audience loves watching them together on screen.
